1,800 BTC Moved from Anonymous Wallet to Binance
According to Whale Alerts, an anonymous sender has transferred 1,800 BTC to leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance. This amount is worth around $110 million at the current market price. The transaction was noted by crypto observers at Whale Alerts, a popular Twitter account which tracks large cryptocurrency movements. The site reports that the funds were sent from an unknown wallet to an address linked to Binance. This large transaction could indicate a number of things. One possibility is that it is a whale, a large holder of cryptocurrencies, who is moving their funds to an exchange to sell them. Another possibility is that it is an institutional investor buying or selling large amounts of BTC.
