According to crypto analyst and researcher, HODL15Capital (@HODL15Capital), the whale address known as 'Mister100' and starting with "1Ay8v" added 1,100 more Bitcoins to its holdings today. The total amount in this address is now around 71,440 Bitcoins (worth $3.71 billion). Although this whale has been speculated to be a Middle Eastern billionaire, or the Upbit exchange's cold wallet, this is yet to be officially confirmed. Blockchain analytics platform Arkham has labeled the address as the Upbit cold wallet. The whale, 'Mister100', has been accumulating Bitcoin for several months now, and has added over 20,000 Bitcoins to its holdings since October 2022. This latest purchase is a sign that the whale is still bullish on Bitcoin, despite the recent market downturn.
