Former Bithumb CEO and Ex-Operator Conspired to List DOGE, KLAY: Investigation

The Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office has acquired evidence suggesting that former Bithumb Holdings CEO Lee Sang-jun, along with Heo Baek-young, the former CEO of Bithumb Korea, and Choi, the ex-chairman of the Listing Review Committee, conspired to list DOGE and KLAY on the exchange. These findings were presented during a recent court hearing, where a document titled 'Bithumb Listing Review Committee Report of May 10, 2021' was submitted as evidence. Though the author remains unknown, Heo Baek-young, who testified as a witness, believes it was likely drafted by Choi.
