Cyber Pre-Launches Mainnet CYBER Staking
Cyber (CYBER, formerly CyberConnect), a layer-2 facilitating decentralized sequencers for decentralized Web3 social networks, announced via Twitter that it has "pre-launched Cyber mainnet staking." The pre-access service will run until June 8, after which staking rewards in CYBER will be distributed to participants. Cyber describes itself as an "open-source middleware network leveraging an equivalence layer for data exchange and token economies," and is building technology to "facilitate the adoption of Web3." The pre-launch Cyber staking service will reportedly see participants earn rewards in the form of CYBER tokens. Cyber has not yet provided an official announcement on its mainnet launch, but the pre-staking service suggests that the mainnet launch may be imminent.
