SEC Commissioners to Testify Before House Committee on Market Volatility, Crypto, and ESG

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) commissioners will testify before the House Financial Services Committee on Tuesday, March 24. This will be the first time since 2019 that the entire commission has testified together. The hearing is expected to cover a wide range of topics, including market volatility, cryptocurrency regulation, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing. SEC Chairman Gary Gensler is scheduled to testify before the Senate Banking Committee on Wednesday, March 25.
