Hulk Hogan Denies Involvement in HULK Memecoin Promotion
Hulk Hogan has denied responsibility for a promotional post for the Solana-based memecoin HULK that was briefly published on his official Instagram account. "A promotional post for the memecoin HULK that was previously published on X was not created by me," Hogan stated via Instagram. The post, which has since been deleted, promoted the memecoin HULK, which launched on January 7th at 4:40 AM (Korean Time) and briefly reached a market cap of $18.8 million before dropping to around $2 million. According to the blockchain analysis platform Bubblemaps, "five addresses purchased 15% of HULK's supply before Hulk Hogan's promotional post went up on X." It is not known who posted the promotional message on Hogan's account.
