Justin Sun, the founder of Tron (TRX), recently announced via Twitter that the Tron team is in the process of developing "a new solution to transfer stablecoins with zero gas fee." This innovative system, which is set to launch in Q4 of this year, will revolutionize the way stablecoins are used and could potentially increase their adoption by major players in the blockchain industry. The system, which will be implemented on the Tron blockchain first and then on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible public chains, will allow users to transfer stablecoins without paying any gas fees. Instead, the gas fee will be paid by the stablecoin itself during the transfer process. This will make it much more affordable for users to transfer stablecoins, which could lead to increased adoption of stablecoins for everyday transactions.
