LayerZero: '338,000 Multi-Account Users have Voluntarily Reported' to Date
LayerZero reported on Twitter that 338,000 multi-account users have voluntarily self-reported for Sybil issues. The company had previously encouraged users to self-report, as addresses identified by the company or bounty hunters will be flagged as "Sybil" and ineligible for tokens. The flagging process is set to take place on January 18th at 11:00 AM Korean time. This news follows a previous report where LayerZero announced the detection of "anomalies" in token acquisition. The company stated that it "urgently investigated these anomalies" and identified "multi-account users."
