Li.Fi Attacker Launders ETH via Tornado Cash

PeckShieldAlert reported that the "multi-chain liquidity and data gateway project Li.Fi" hacker moved 201.9 ETH to an intermediate address (starting with 0x08cf). They then moved 10 ETH from the intermediary to Tornado Cash for laundering purposes.  This attack is part of a larger trend of hackers using Tornado Cash to launder stolen cryptocurrency. Tornado Cash is a privacy tool that allows users to send and receive cryptocurrency anonymously. This makes it an attractive option for hackers who want to hide their tracks.  The Li.Fi hack is a reminder of the importance of keeping your cryptocurrency safe. You should use a strong password and two-factor authentication to protect your account. You should also be careful about which websites and applications you visit, as phishing attacks can lead to your credentials being stolen.
