Nasdaq, BlackRock Ether ETF Options Prospectus Amendment Filed with SEC
Nasdaq and BlackRock have filed an additional filer rule amendment to their Ether ETF options prospectus with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), according to the SEC's website. The filing indicates a final decision is expected by April 9, 2025 (local time). "Options will require not only SEC approval but also approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency," said Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart.
