Binance to Suspend OP Deposits and Withdrawals for Network Upgrade

This suspension is in preparation for the upcoming hardfork and network upgrade on the Optimism blockchain. During the suspension period, users will be unable to deposit or withdraw OP tokens on Binance. All other OP trading and services will continue to operate as usual.
