Blockchain security firm SlowMist has reported that approximately 55 million DAI stolen in a phishing attack has been transferred to multiple addresses. Some of the stolen funds were transferred to an address beginning with 0x8cc, while the majority were swapped for ETH. The phishing attack was orchestrated through Inferno Drainer, a cryptocurrency phishing site creation service provider. SlowMist founder Cos (余弦) revealed that the attack resulted in the theft of 55.47 million DAI. This incident highlights the importance of exercising caution when interacting with online platforms and underscores the need for robust security measures to safeguard digital assets.
