Publicly Traded BTC Miners Raised $2 Billion Before Bitcoin Halving

The six publicly traded Bitcoin miners managed to raise up to $2 billion ahead of the Bitcoin halving. The upcoming halving will decrease the block reward for miners from 12.5 BTC to 6.25 BTC, which is likely to reduce their revenue in half. In order to offset the decrease in revenue, the miners have been raising funds to improve their operations and invest in new equipment. It remains to be seen whether these efforts will be enough to sustain the miners through the halving and beyond.
