NYSE Arca Files Registration Statement for Bitwise Ether Spot ETF

The New York Stock Exchange Arca has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the listing and registration of shares of the Bitwise Ether Spot ETF. The ETF will be the first physically backed Ether ETF to list on a major U.S. exchange. The Bitwise Ether Spot ETF will provide investors with a convenient and efficient way to gain exposure to the price of Ether, the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization. The ETF will be backed by physically held Ether, which will be stored in a regulated and insured custody solution.
