Ripple Stablecoin RLUSD Issues 402 Today… Beta Test Underway
Ripple’s (XRP) stablecoin, RLUSD, has minted 402 today on the Ethereum blockchain, according to U.Today. The RLUSD is currently undergoing beta testing, with most of the previously issued RLUSD having been burned. According to XRPL Labs, the team behind the stablecoin, internal testing is ongoing. The beta testing phase involves observing the performance of RLUSD under real-world conditions. In order to participate in the testing, users must sign up for the waitlist and pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The RLUSD beta testing program is currently only available to a select group of users. Ripple has not yet announced a launch date for RLUSD. However, the stablecoin is expected to be released to the public in the near future.
