Huma Finance Secures $38 Million Funding, Backed by HashKey Capital for RWA Tokenization

Huma Finance, a real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform based in San Francisco, has successfully raised $38 million in a seed funding round. The round was led by Distributed Global, with prominent investors such as HashKey Capital, Folius Ventures, Stellar Development Foundation, and TIBAS Ventures participating. The funding consisted of $10 million in equity investment and $28 million invested into RWAs on the platform. Huma Finance intends to utilize these funds to broaden its platform's reach by integrating with Solana's Soroban smart contract network and expanding to the Solana (SOL) blockchain. Huma Finance's platform enables the tokenization of real-world assets, facilitating access to these assets for a wider range of investors. This approach offers increased liquidity and transparency in the real-world asset market. The strategic investments obtained in this funding round will empower Huma Finance to drive innovation and expand the frontiers of RWA tokenization.
