Solana-based Layer 2 Network Sonic to Sell $12.8 Million in Node Sales
The Solana (SOL) virtual machine (SVM) Layer 2 network Sonic has announced plans to sell $12.8 million in node sales. The proceeds from the node sales will be allocated to the development team and a grant program. Node buyers will be eligible to participate in validation and receive token rewards by running a Hypergrid node. The sale is scheduled to take place in the third week of September through Sonic's own framework, HyperGrid.
