Tech, Crypto Execs Back America First PAC Supporting Trump

Tech and crypto executives are backing America First PAC, a super political action committee supporting former US President Donald Trump, Bloomberg reported. America First PAC has reportedly spent millions of dollars supporting Trump's rallies and other activities outside of his official campaign. As of the second quarter, the PAC reported raising $8.8 million. Major donors to America First PAC include Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla; Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, co-founders of Gemini; Joe Lonsdale, a co-founder of big data analytics company Palantir; and Douglas Leone, a founder of crypto venture capital firm Sequoia Capital. "The donor list shows that Trump retains support from the tech and finance worlds," Bloomberg said.
