Terraform Labs: Deadline for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Claim Filing Approaches

Terraform Labs has announced that the deadline to file a claim against the company as part of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case is approaching. According to an official tweet from Terraform Labs, the deadline is 6:00 pm (Korean Time) on August 10, 2023. Anyone with a claim related to Terraform Labs before January 24, 2022, is asked to file by that date. Terraform Labs, the company at the center of the Terra-Luna collapse, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware on January 21. The company's estimated liabilities and assets range from $1 to $10 billion. It was previously reported that Terraform Labs was looking to sell four business units to pay a $447 million settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
