Serbian PM Suspected of Contact with Terraform Labs Executives Before Arrest
Terraform Labs CEO Kwon Do-hyung and CFO Han Chang-jun may have had contact with Serbian Prime Minister Milojko Spajic ahead of their arrest in Montenegro, according to reports. Cryptocurrency media outlet Protos, citing Montenegrin local media outlet Abazovic, alleges that the executives met with Spajic before their apprehension by Montenegrin authorities. Protos reports that Spajic "could have bought tens of millions of dollars worth of Terra-Luna at $0.10 each and sold them at $118 each for Das Capital, a Singapore-based hedge fund where he used to work." Serbia is where Kwon and Han were hiding after the collapse of the Terra ecosystem. They are reported to have purchased a $2.2 million apartment while on the run.
