Binance sees mysterious $3.88M CRV deposit from two unknown sources
On-chain data analytics provider SpotOnChain recently reported that two unlabeled whale addresses (one suspected to be an institution) deposited 17.63 million CRV ($3.88 million) on Binance over a 20-hour period. These addresses had previously purchased CRV at $0.4 each from Curve founder Michael Egorov last year, meaning they would have incurred a loss of $3.17 million (-45%) if they sold at the time. The reasons for the large CRV deposit on Binance and the identities of the depositing addresses remain unknown.
