Virtual Assets Act Bylaws Precede Enforcement Decree
The government has announced the enforcement of the Bylaws for the Act on the Protection of Users of Virtual Assets before the implementation date of the Act itself and has since belatedly corrected the mistake, according to the Seoul Economic Daily. The Legislation and Judiciary Bureau reported on the 11th that the Financial Services Commission announced the correction of the enforcement decree of the Virtual Assets Act in the official gazette on the 10th.
