XRPL Transactions Surged 108% in Q1
The number of transactions on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) surged by 108% during the first quarter, according to data from CryptoCompare. The number of XRPL transactions was 121,031,713 in Q4 of last year and hit 251,397,881 in Q1 this year. Fees fell by 45%. The average transaction fee on XRPL stood at $0.000856 as of the end of March. The number of new wallets in Q1 was 185,809, down 11% compared to the previous quarter.
