Ahatoken Completes Initial Burn Under New Burn Program

Ahatoken (AHT) Completes First AHT Token Burn Under New Burn Program Digital assets rewards-based Q&A social service Aha (AHT) announced on the 24th that they had burned 42,602,444 AHT from their rewards pool to commence their new burning program. Aha explained, "We have completed the burning of AHT equivalent to 30% (487,797,989 won) of last quarter's operating profit. This is the first burn case to take place since the introduction of the new burn program." This new burn program was announced by Ahatoken on March 24, 2024, in which they stated that they planned to burn AHT tokens equivalent to 10–30% of their quarterly or semi-annual operating profit from their planned supply. Previously on April 23, 2024, Ahatoken had burned 42,602,444 AHT from their rewards pool in accordance with their new burning program via an official channel. In relation to this, Aha explained, "We have completed the burning of AHT equivalent to 30% (487,797,989 won) of last quarter's operating profit. This is the first burn case to take place since the introduction of the new burn program."
