Coinbase Opposes SEC's Expansion of Exchange Definition to Include DEXs
Paul Grewal, Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer, recently announced the filing of a comment letter by Coinbase opposing the SEC's proposal to broaden the definition of an exchange. Grewal expressed concerns about the SEC's insufficient consideration of the impact this proposal would have on decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
