Circle CEO: Crypto is ‘already bipartisan,’ but Biden admin has ‘squandered’ opportunities Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire told CNBC in an interview that “crypto is already bipartisan, but the U.S. needs to do more to lead in the space.” He added that “there’s been a lot of bipartisan work done in the industry over the last year, but the Biden administration has squandered an opportunity to advance the industry by driving jobs overseas, stifling innovation and deferring hard decisions to the courts instead of Congress.” Allaire said that while former President Donald Trump may not have had a deep understanding of crypto, “the people around him had a sophisticated view of crypto.”
