Digital Asset Markets (DAMS), a Japanese cryptocurrency exchange, has partnered with Ava Labs, the developer of the Avalanche blockchain. This partnership aims to revolutionize the issuance and distribution of real-world asset (RWA)-based tokens. DAMS will leverage Avalanche's subnet and Ava Labs to establish an on-chain infrastructure for personal information utilization. This collaboration builds on DAMS' previous partnership with RWA platform developer Credify, which resulted in the launch of the gold-linked RWA token, ZipangCoin (ZPG). By integrating with Avalanche, DAMS expects to enhance the security, scalability, and interoperability of its RWA token offerings. The partnership also positions DAMS as a leader in the emerging field of RWA tokenization, opening up new possibilities for asset-backed digital currencies and innovative financial applications.
