US ETF Expert Predicts 'ETH Spot ETF S-1 Approval Likely in June'

Nate Geraci, the CEO of ETF Store, a US ETF specialist, recently commented through X, "While nothing is certain, it wouldn't be surprising to see an S-1 for a physical Ether (ETH) ETF approved by the end of this month. Given that a Bitcoin spot ETF and an ETH futures ETF have already received approval, there's no logical reason for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to further delay the process." Earlier, the SEC requested ETH spot ETF applicants to submit S-1 amendments, and several companies, including VanEck, BlackRock, and Franklin Templeton, have already complied. Late last month, Geraci predicted, "We anticipate that the SEC will take approximately 2-3 months to approve the ETH spot ETF S-1."
