ETH Surges: Forecast Predicts Outperformance Until Spot ETF Launch
Arbelos Markets co-founder Joshua Lim believes ETH will continue to outperform BTC until an ETH spot ETF launches. The ETH/BTC pair climbed to 0.056, with an upward trend since its recent lows in mid-March, at 0.045. Lim attributes this trend to ETH's historical undervaluation and predicts continued growth as the ETF launch approaches. He notes that the ratio of ETH to BTC has been steadily increasing since a dip earlier this month. This forecast suggests that investors expect ETH to gain further momentum in the run-up to the spot ETF launch. Ethereum's strong performance may also be fueled by anticipation of its transition to a proof-of-stake blockchain in the coming months.
