Farallon Capital, a San Francisco-based hedge fund, has invested a substantial $85.2 million into Grayscale's Bitcoin spot ETF, GBTC. This sizable investment positions Farallon Capital among the prominent institutions with the most significant GBTC holdings. Simultaneously, Cetera Financial Group, a prominent investment advisory and broker-dealer in the US, disclosed an investment of $22.6 million in GBTC. Furthermore, BigXwell Management, an asset manager, revealed an investment of $3.3 million in BlackRock's IBIT. These investments underscore the growing institutional interest and adoption of cryptocurrency-related investments, particularly those connected to Bitcoin.
