FTX Liquidators Eye Sale of Sam Bankman-Fried's Bahamas Penthouse

FTX liquidators are reportedly preparing to sell the $30 million Bahamas penthouse owned by disgraced founder Sam Bankman-Fried, Bloomberg reports. The penthouse, located in the prestigious Albany resort, is described as having four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a private pool, and stunning ocean views. It is estimated to be worth around $30 million. According to Bloomberg, Bankman-Fried's representatives are looking to sell the property at a discount compared to similar properties in the area. However, a representative for the liquidators declined to comment on the matter. The sale of the penthouse is part of the efforts by FTX liquidators to recover funds for the company's creditors. Last month, the liquidators announced they had started the process of auctioning off FTX's assets, including its intellectual property and real estate holdings.
