Grayscale ETHE Outflows Exceed GBTC Due to Staking, Tax Considerations

According to crypto financial intelligence platform Farside Investors, Grayscale ETHE has seen larger outflows compared to GBTC. One reason for this could be that GBTC, which launched earlier, has a larger unrealized gain for holders, making them more reluctant to sell. Additionally, ETHE holders may be looking to stake their holdings, which is not possible with GBTC. The difference in fees between the two ETPs (1.5% for GBTC vs. 2.5% for ETHE) could also be a factor.
