JP Morgan Predicts ETH Spot ETF Launch Before US Election in November

JP Morgan believes that an ether (ETH) spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) approved by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) could start trading before the US presidential election in November. This comes as the cryptocurrency increasingly becomes a political issue and the SEC has recently approved 19b-4 filings for eight Ether spot ETFs. Before any ether spot ETF can begin trading, an S-1 registration statement must also be approved. ETF issuers are currently in discussions with the SEC regarding comments, making it difficult to predict the exact approval date.
