Neutron Resumes Block Production Following Bug Fix

Neutron (NTRN) has announced that its block production has resumed. 15 hours ago, Neutron halted its network to perform a chain upgrade to fix a bug in CosmWasm. The bug allowed attackers to create arbitrary smart contracts, which could have led to the theft of funds. The Neutron team has now fixed the bug and resumed block production. All funds are safe, and the network is now operating normally. Neutron is a proof-of-stake blockchain that is designed to be scalable, secure, and easy to use. It is currently in the testnet phase and is expected to launch its mainnet later this year.
