Upbit Lists BIGTIME and AKT, Expanding Its Cryptocurrency Offerings

Upbit, a leading South Korean cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the listing of two new cryptocurrencies, BIGTIME and AKT, on its platform. The announcement was made via Upbit's official website, where it was stated that BIGTIME trading will commence on August 12, 2024, at 5 PM KST, while AKT trading will follow suit at 7 PM KST. BIGTIME and AKT will be available for trading against the South Korean won (KRW), Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT) on Upbit. This listing expands Upbit's cryptocurrency offerings and provides its users with access to a wider range of digital assets. Previously on April 22, 2024, Upbit announced the listing of NEAR on its platform. This move further solidified Upbit's position as a leading cryptocurrency exchange in South Korea.
